Cockpit and Cabin trainers

Which platforms do you currently support?

The Cockpit and Cabin trainers only run on iPad 2 or newer with iOS 7 or newer. To download the trainers, you need to install our iOS app for iPad.

Do you have plans to support other browsers in the future?

Yes, we are working on expanding supported devices in the near future.

How do I install a Cockpit/Cabin trainer?

First, download our iOS app from App store. After that, click the “+” sign in the top-right corner and paste the product key from the email. Finally, click the product icon and paste the license key from the email.

Can I use the license on multiple iPads?

You are only allowed to use the license on one iPad. To use it on another iPad, you need to deactivate it from your current iPad.

I get an error message "No remaining license" after I reset my iPad. How do I run my trainer now?

In case you need to reset your iPad, make sure you deactivate/delete your trainer(s) from the AeL Player. Otherwise you would not be able to reactivate them after the reset is complete. If you have reset your iPad without deactivating your product(s), please contact us at for assistance.

In case you have a new iPad and want to use your trainer(s) on it, make sure you’ve deactivated/deleted all trainers from your old iPad.

Why aren't the sounds working?

You most likely have the Mute turned On. Make sure to set the Mute to Off.

How do I delete/deactivate a trainer?

To delete a trainer, you need to be in the home screen of the app and hold your finger on the trainer for at least one second, and then click the “X” sign in the top left corner. You need to be online to successfully delete/deactivate a trainer.

eCourses

Which platforms do you currently support?

The eCourses are currently supported only by flash enabled browsers. Note: You can launch eCourses on iPad using a flash enabled browser like Puffin, but the quality and performance might be lower.

Do you have plans to support other devices in the future?

Yes, we are working on expanding supported devices in the near future.

How do I install/download an e-course?

Currently, it is not possible to download the e-courses for offline viewing. When you purchase the eCourse, you will get an email with login information and instructions on how to access it online.

How long time do I have access to the e-course(s) after purchase?

The access to all e-courses is limited to 3 months after the purchase date.

How do I get my certificate?

After you have passed an e-course, you must complete the quiz after it before receiving certification. Beware that the quiz is not available until the e-course has been successfully completed.

As soon as the quiz is passed you will be able to view and download your certificate as PDF. In case you have further problems viewing your certificate, please drop us a line at info@ael.aero.

General

I have purchased a product from your website but I did not get a confirmation email. What do I do?

Make sure to check your spam folder. If the email is not there, please fill out a ticket on our support page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order with PayPal. In case you do not have a PayPal account, you can complete the payment using your credit or debit card.

When will my card be debited?

The total of your card will be debited when your order has been confirmed.

What if I can’t pay with PayPal?

In case you are unable to pay with PayPal, please contact us at info@ael.aero and we will issue an invoice allowing you to make a bank transfer instead of PayPal.
For example, PayPal suspended their operation in Turkey and customers in Turkey can no longer send or receive funds with PayPal.
